When an IRIA inspector visits your site, they collect data in real time on a handheld digital device.

Every damaged item found is photographed, classified by risk level and can be tracked through to repair and sign-off. The data goes directly into RackMaster ® so compliance records are always relevant and up to date. Within 24 hours of the inspection, your report is available online.

  • Who carries out repairs identified in the inspection?

    You choose your own repairer. IRIA identifies what needs fixing and documents it – we don’t perform repairs, so there’s no pressure to use anyone in particular. Your report can go to any competent repairer for a competitive quote.

  • Does RackMaster® integrate with our existing systems?

    Yes – data export is available in multiple formats.

  • How long is inspection data kept?

    Indefinitely. Your full inspection history is stored in RackMaster™ with no retention limits, so you can access years of compliance documentation whenever you need it.
